Course registration
Registration is when you register for your selection of courses and activities for the upcoming semester. To register, you must first be admitted to a program of study or as an independent student.
Registration periods 2023–2024
Registration start dates are determined based on your level of study and the number of credits you have already earned in your program. You will receive an invitation to prepare your course selection and to register in monPortail or by email.

- Winter 2024: November 20, 2023
- Summer 2024: March 27, 2024
- Fall 2024: April 8, 2024

Course formats
Courses and training activities can be offered in different teaching formats: classroom, synchronous or asynchronous distance learning, hyflex, and blended learning. These options make it easier to access your courses and make your schedule more flexible. Learn more about these different formats to identify which best suits your needs.

Prepare your course selection for the upcoming semester in monPortail.
- Check the courses available for the semester and choose the ones you want to register for.
- Check that you meet the requirements for each course.
- View your schedule in a calendar to avoid any scheduling conflicts.
Preparing your course selection does not guarantee or reserve a space. You must register during your registration period to confirm your spot.
Complete your registration
During the registration period, confirm your course selection and register in monPortail. Changes can be made if necessary.
